TOP DOG PET TRAINING POLICIES

Refund Policy for Enrolling

By enrolling in one of our courses, you are reserving a spot for a specific date and time. We keep our class sizes small to provide more personalized and hands-on instruction. If you need to cancel or transfer your enrollment, please notify us at least five days prior to the start of the class. A processing fee of 15% will be subtracted from the refund.

Unfortunately, we are unable to refund registration fees after the class has begun. However, if your dog is unable to attend class due to injury or illness during the scheduled class time, you will receive a 50% discount for a future class. To qualify for the discount, you will need to provide documentation from your vet detailing the dates and reason of your dog's illness.

Before registering for a class, please take into consideration your personal calendar, your commitment to training, and any other appointments that may conflict with your dog's training schedule.

Rescheduling and Making Up Classes

Here's what you need to know about missed classes and rescheduling:

  • Unfortunately, missed classes cannot be made up. However, you can attend a same-level class without your dog, subject to availability. Please inform me in advance so that I can make arrangements accordingly.

  • When you enroll in a group session, you are committing to attending 5, 60-minute classes at a specific time and day.

For Private classes:

  • If you need to reschedule a class, please provide at least 4 hours' notice. Otherwise, the missed class will be forfeited.

Policy on Minimum Enrollment for Classes

Please note that a minimum of 3-4 dogs per class is required for all 5-week group sessions (Puppy, Beginner, Distractions, & Tricks). If the class has insufficient enrollment, I will inform you at least two days before the scheduled date to reschedule or postpone.

In case of a cancelled class, you have the option to transfer, reschedule or a refund.

Children

For safety reasons, children under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. In addition, holding the leash is limited to individuals aged 18 and over. Despite this limitation, we welcome children's participation in other activities, such as using hand signals and other exercises with their pups. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Do you have any questions? Don't hesitate to reach out to us.

  • **If you want your child to be more hands on/involved and hold the leash; please look into private classes**
